This may be a bill that some of us could be interested in. I know I will be. But I think the sentence “IF THERE ARE REASONABLE GROUNDS TO BELIEVE THAT THE PERSON IS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL TO THE EXTENT THAT HIS FACULTIES TO DRIVE ARE MATERIALLY AND APPRECIABLY IMPAIRED” should be taken out, I think that any and every body should be tested, ...
